Hey guys. Just finished my second year in med school. I’m from Russia and I’m thinking about studying in Italy. I guess I will go on first year so there is my question: is it better to pass IMAT or to learn Italian and have filter semester? I don’t know where the competition is higher. I mean if it is true that for non EU citizens university has only 13-15 places then it just sounds unrealistic. I will take gap year and I don’t know is it better to learn Italian or to try IMAT and pass ielts ( my English is like B1-B2 I guess but I learn languages really fast). And also how hard is it to pass filter semester? Is it easier than IMAT? What would you do in my situation?
