I quit a job on the second day once.

During the interview they made it sound professional and organized, but when I actually started, nobody knew what was going on. One guy was training me while openly talking about how he was trying to leave, the manager disappeared for hours, and they somehow expected me to already know everything with zero guidance.

The moment that really did it for me was when they blamed me for something nobody had even explained yet. I remember sitting there thinking, ‘Yeah… if it already feels like this on day two, I can’t imagine month six.’

Went home, sent the resignation text, and honestly felt immediate relief.
