Uhhh this was my firSt semester and i didnt study properly because i got diagnosed with typhoid and i was sick for about 2 months

I'll tell you guys my marks can anyone tell me is it still possible for me to get a 3.5 above gpa iF scOre really really good in finals?

[In quizzes and assignments my marks are okayish i never got below 7/10 marks.i usually get 8/10 or 9/10]
