I’m trying to decide how to spend my gap year I work part time as an EMT but I want to do something else too. I’m trying to find a job to make some more money but I lowkey want to do something that has nothing to do with medicine. Is that a bad idea will it just look random on my application? Also any ideas on what I can do, open to anything literally
I unfortunately think i’ve internally given up on this. I test on May 8 and i’m not seeing the results I wanted even though I tried so hard. I’m still going to take the test because I’m getting a lot of pressure from my mom about it even though I know i’m not ready my FL avg is literally 505 (no one talks abt how hard the family pressure is but i’ve been really struggling with it). I have 8 days but I just don’t have any more motivation like I used to like i’m sitting at my desk studying but my mind is off and my heart’s not in it anymore. Will have to take another gap year and try again or pray for some crazy miracle on test day :/
My Fl scores are 501/501/508/509/504/fl 6
I thought I was getting better but dropped today on FL 5. I just found the chem and cars so hard for me. I test on 5/8 and idk if I should reschedule. I was hoping to apply MD only because of the specialities I’m interested in however I dont think my scores are good enough, even for the DO avg. What should I do
