116 hours fast thoughts
I did this fast mostly for weight lost. I lost in total 4kg (sw 85.4 ew 81.4) ( i don’t know how much pounds that is). I’m a female 5’10.
I hadn’t fast in a long time, the first day was the hardest mentally, but days 3-4 were a bit complicated physically. I’ve thought about it and I think that for me it’s easier to do shorter fasts (48-72h) because they allow me to also go to the gym. On fasts longer than 3 days I’m really tired, I don’t sleep well. From now on I’ll start to do at most 72 hour fasts and I’ll se how that goes.
Through this fast I took electrolytes, I drank sips of diet coke every now and then, and the last day I drank some coffee to help me with the weakness (usually I don’t drink caffeine).
Overall I would say it was a good experience, and I’m happy to be back on fasting.
