Hey everyone,
I had a very long discussion with one of my lead recently. He wanted to build an app to help young person find friend at university.
The idea is cool and he started explaining the main feature and then continue on some 6-7 other things that he wanted to integrate.
I asked him why don’t he launched with a few one and then he can add some based on feedback he will receive from his users instead of building the next Facebook from V1.
This is something I see so many times, and usually apps that get started with too much features are not going anywhere as it is more complicated to market and you are not solving one issue but trying to educate on how to use your app
I wanted to know your thoughts on that and your experience
