Hi everyone,

I need some clarity regarding my TCS onboarding situation. I recently joined Wipro as a fresher, about a month ago. Two weeks in, I received a better offer from TCS Digital, and I'm interested in joining them. My Wipro manager is okay with me leaving, but I have a 30-day notice period.

I received a Joining Readiness Survey from TCS with these questions:

* Are you ready to join TCS if your joining is scheduled in the coming month?

* Yes, I am available to join

* No, I am declining the offer

* Current employment status:

* Immediately available to join

* Resigned and serving notice period

* Currently employed and not yet resigned

* Decline the offer

* Tentative joining date (calendar selection)

''The email stated the onboarding will be in the upcoming months, and the survey is to collect employment status, notice period, and availability for onboarding batch planning. My confusion''.

But in the form it like in the Upcoming month.

My confusion: The form uses "coming month," while the email mentions "upcoming months." Does this mean onboarding is limited to those joining next month, or will you consider my provided tentative joining date?

Specifically: If I answer "Yes" to Q1 but "currently employed, not resigned" in Q2, providing a joining date like June 20, will this cause issues? Will TCS reject or delay onboarding if I can't join next month?

My main concern is resigning from Wipro based on this survey, only to lose both opportunities if TCS doesn't onboard next month.

To clarify: Is this survey for:

* Onboarding confirmation for next month only?

* Planning purposes, onboarding based on my provided timeline?

Has anyone faced a similar situation with TCS onboarding or this survey? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently joined Wipro one month ago and am currently under probation for the next two months. Now I have received a TCS Digital offer, so I’m confused about what to do. Today they sent me a survey form asking for my expected joining date at TCS. If I resign from Wipro, I’m not sure whether they will ask me to serve the notice period or not, since the notice period is three months. I need to submit the form by 3rd May, and the next three days are holidays. What should I do?
