Best commute/tour tyre between Conti Contact Urban and Grand Prix Urban?

Anyone have experience with these tyres for heavy commuting and urban riding? I see both are very similair in rolling resistance, just the grand prix urban is slightly faster and more comfortable but also less puncture resistant.

I am wondering if it's still puncture resistant enough to be reliable, or if I should just get the Conti Contact Urban to be safe.
