Hi All, my doctor diagnosed me with diverticulitis about 14 days ago. I finished a 7 day course of Cipro and Flagyl. I developed a yeast infection with I am being treated for. A couple days after finishing the antibiotic I felt fine. Resumed exercise and went on a low fiber diet. Thought all was well and that I could start eating normally. Ate my normal diet yesterday. Sadly, I woke up in extreme pain. It’s been over a week since I finished the antibiotics. I don’t want to back on antibiotics. Please let me know your complete timeline of your return to normal diet/ exercise.

Ps. I think I’ve had this on and off without knowing it and would take Imodium often to be able to do my regular schedule.
