Hi I’m hoping someone who knows more about geese will be able to help me out.

There’s geese that live around the hospital I work at and it seems like one of them birthed 4 babies on a section of the roof. The mom can get up and down to get food and water and stuff but the babies are trapped by the ledge (see picture). Should I call some kind of animal rescue group or something or do you think the mom is able to bring food up there for them?? Any advice would be helpful!
