can somemone keep ruminating in one topic for years like keeping thinking about his mental health and the mental illness he has for years and cant get the topic out of his head?

I've been lied from doctors that I have schizophrenia and been put on anti psychotic for 3 years but I don't have schizophrenia it's called drug induced psychosis my brain is very sensitive to the drugs that increase the dopamine because my first episode was after I took strong anti depression the episode last 3 months and 6 months ago it happened again but this time it was because my stupid doctor described me 12 nutritional supplements 3 months and hospitalized 2 weeks

So I have a prove that I don't have schizophrenia because it happened because of the drugs and I stopped taking anti psychosis for 3 months twice and nothing happened to me psychosis didn't back so there's no reason I takes anti psychosis

Hi I tried to work many times maybe more than 5 times in very boring jobs like super market but every time I work i escape from work after only 2 hours is it because of ADHD or burnout or maybe I'm just a screwed up I also have executive dysfunction I have aa report say my executive is 8 out of 20

Hi before 2 years and a half I took strong anti depression and it caused me my first psychotic episode then I cured and before 6 months it happened again I take 12 nutritional supplements and it caused me psychosis but in this two years I stopped the meds for 3 months twice and the psychosis didn't back so my question is if I stopped taking them and just never take anything increasing the dopamine receptors psychosis will never back?
