2020 Model 3 Performance intermittent front-left crackling/scraping noise at freeway speeds

2020 Tesla Model 3 Performance — noticing an intermittent cracky/scraping noise from the front left driver-side wheel area, mostly noticeable at freeway speeds. It almost sounds like debris stuck in the tire or something lightly rubbing. Attached the audio.

I already did a tire rotation, but the noise still stays on the same side, so probably not the tire itself.

Noise is inconsistent:
- More noticeable at higher speeds
- Doesn’t happen all the time
- Hard to reproduce on local roads

Car has ~75k miles. No major service recently besides tires/wipers.

Anyone experienced something similar on Model 3? Could this be:
- wheel bearing
- control arm/suspension
- brake dust shield
- loose wheel well liner or underbody panel

Trying to narrow it down before taking it in. Thanks!
