What would be your ranking of the strongest servants that are not from Fate/Grand Order?

Servants that came from FGO but appeared in other things are allowed, Scathach for example.

What do you think are the strongest servants in melee combat?

By this i mean pure fighting ability and passive Noble Phantasms, NPs that require true name release are not allowed. For example Siegfried can use his armor but not Balmung. Things like mana burst are also allowed.

Also, just to limit the scope only “normal” servants are allowed, so nothing beyond Gilgamesh
