I don’t really think Colorguard is necessary for Drum Corps. We need just instruments only. Considering they don’t even really make that big of a difference to a group’s score, and they don’t even have their own scoring category since they’re just lumped into GE.

It’s not like DCI wouldn’t work without. It’s like how indoors winds and percussion work on their own. Even winterguard works without instruments. I just feel like it’ll help groups actually focus back on actually marching technique and maybe we can go back to prime DCI shows.
