Hi all, I've been waiting about 20 or 21 days at this point for the non medical review to process, I'm on stage 4. Does everyone have to wait the full 30 days or does it vary between states or offices?

I have driven just a hair over 2 thousand miles on my 04 4runner and it's at 262,300 miles, should I be concerned I'm driving too much on that kind of mileage? It doesn't burn any oil, the head gaskets are fine, the cooling system is fine, transmission fluid is clean. All fluids are not that old I am just concerned I might break something from driving a mix of city and highway driving.
