You know, it's funny who you run into when you're out shopping. One moment, Rex and Ace (Respect Thread) are busy enjoying some downtime at a mall. The next moment, they find themselves facing off against Charlie and Bumblebee (Respect Thread). Now both dinosaur and Transformer are set to duke it out. Will Ace blow the Autobot away? Or is Bumblebee's sting too much for the theropod?

#Rules

Battle takes place inside an empty CrossIron Mills. Specifically, both fighters will be starting 10 m apart in the mall's Fossil neighbourhood. If you need a better idea of what the mall looks like, you can check out Retail Insider's tour of the mall (as well as this handy map).
On the note of the battlefield, both fighters can't exit the mall. By this, I mostly mean they can't do something like smash through an entrance out into the parking lot. They can otherwise freely move or smash through any store inside the mall that they'd like.
I know I brought up Rex and Charlie, but they're purely there for flavour—they aren't actually taking part in the fight. Feel free to ignore them.
Both Ace or Bumblebee have no knowledge about their opponent.
Both fighters are in character.
Battle is to incap or KO.

###Rounds

Round 1: In this round, it's a plain physical fight. Ace won't be able to use any Move Cards while Bumblebee can't use his plasma cannons or wrist blades.

Round 2: This time around, both parties will have their default gear/special abilities. Ace has access to his normal Move Cards while Bumblebee has his plasma cannons and wrist blades.

Bonus Round: How about we mix things up a bit? Between both fighters being quick for their size and the mall's "racetrack" design, we've got all the ingredients for a fun race between these two! Not that they wouldn't fight during a race. Especially given the cramped quarters in the mall (relative to their size). Either way, I'm curious: who would win a 3 lap race around CrossIron Mills?

It's a beautiful day out there, folks! Clear skies, plenty of sun … it's perfect weather for a Pokémon battle! Today we've got an extra special treat. On one side of the stadium, our challenger! A trainer from a faraway land! Please welcome Rex and his "Carnotaurus," Ace! (Respect Thread) On the other side, one of the most skilled trainers we've ever seen! Give it up for Paul (Respect Thread) and his Electivire! (Respect Thread)

#Rules

Battle takes place in Lily of the Valley Stadium's central arena.
Electivire's pool of moves consists of what it had in its last appearance in the anime. Specifically, it has the moves Thunder, Protect, Brick Break and Thunder Punch.
Rex (and therefore Ace) have access to all of Ace's Move Cards. Obviously, this doesn't include any Fusion Moves since its just Ace. Everything else is fair game though.
Neither Rex and Ace or Paul and Electivire have any knowledge about their opponent. They'll have to figure out what they can do on the fly.
Both fighters are in character, with their trainer/partner close enough to shout any commands or cheer their partner on.
On the note of said partners, neither Paul nor Rex are in any danger of getting hit. This is solely a fight between Ace and Electivire.
Battle is to KO.

###Rounds

Round 1: Ace will be facing off against Electivire with his normal abilities.

Round 2: This time, Ace will be equipped with his DinoTector armour.
