I was not aware that I had a 5 dollar balance left on my BILT card when it got converted over nor ever made a wells fargo account and now my credit score took a dive due to a 40 day late payment.. What should I do at this point?

I tried calling them and they didn't budge. I'll probably try again later.

Can the fact that they have the wrong address help? (I moved over a year ago at this point)
