Firstly, this is my first Reddit post (wooo!).
I am hoping to find some honest answers about anyone's experience studying the MSpeechPath at Fed Uni or Charles Sturt Uni, because I can't really seem to find that many. I particularly would like to know your experiences around placement, intensives, and day-to-day/week-to-week study, including what lecturers/staff were like. Is there something you wish you had known prior to commencing/that would have changed anything?
I have recently been offered a place in Fed Uni's Master of Speech Pathology (Qualifying) at Ballarat Campus for the Semester 2 intake, however, I am wondering whether I should also apply for CSU's (which would require me to complete two pre-reqs this year before I can even apply). I would graduate in 2028 for Fed Uni, and 2029-2030 for CSU.
P.S., I will be studying from the Hunter Region in NSW, so there will be quite some travel involved in attending intensives.
