Overall 5/10 - too heavy on the smokiness from the pepper crema and quality of meat.
Definitely easy to make although expect the pasta to take longer than the 12 minutes in the recipe. Also, the ground beef quality from hello fresh has significantly declined - it was more like beef pate. There was no texture to the meat and it was pasty. I'll probably avoid the ground beef recipes in the future but the ground beef used to be good.
If I was making this again I would skip the second packet of smoky red pepper crema, the smokiness overpowered the other flavors.
