Hey everyone! I’m new here and this is Matcha! Our 8 weeks old mini Rex.
It’s been a while since I owned a rabbit. Currently he has the run of a spare room and a big cage which I’m sure he will grow out of eventually but it was the biggest I could find.
My partner works from home most of the time but there will be odd days where we are all at school / work - is it better to get him a secure play pen? I don’t wanna coup him up in a cage all day if we can help it but also feel if he is running round a spare room all day might be a bit risky with no supervision?
Would love some input from more experienced owners out there!
His breeder was lovely and gave us all the advice for diet / bedding / enrichment so we are heading out today to get him some more things to play with and keep him occupied.
He’s settling in well, only got him yesterday but he’s been binky-ing all over the place and I got some little kisses last night. He’s lush!
