I'm in the process of replaying all the pokemon games and trying for a full living pokedex.

I have an original 3DS but I've recently upgraded to a 3DSXL. I'd like to transfer the software I have on my original 3DS to my new system but will Pokebank transfer?

I know it's not available anymore and it's the only software I really card about on the original 3DS since I can't replace it.
