sensations and noises, help
starting this off, i can only fall asleep on my right side. physically unable to fall asleep on my back, stomach or left side. takes me an hour or two to fall asleep
the rustling from the fabric of my pillows are so loud with every small movement, it keeps me up so i have to lay with my head on the very bottom edge of the pillow so i stop hearing it. i cant fully lay my head on its side on the pillow. tried multiple pillows, they all make noise, even without covers. so annoying
i can only fall asleep in one position. on the right side, left leg/knee almost fully up against my chest, left arm/hand has to be resting near my face, but feeling my breathing on my skin keeps me up. right arm has to be under the pillow, except it gets painful over time from being bent that way but it has to stay there otherwise i cant fall asleep. wtf
im hyper aware of my heartbeat, sometimes the feeling of it beating keeps me up and i absolutely hate it. the sound of my breathing keeps me up too sometimes
cant sleep on back because when i lay on my back it feels like my chest gets heavy all of a sudden and is being pushed inwards or something. cant sleep on my left side because my throat starts making frog noises for some reason. cant sleep on my stomach because cant breathe properly and the feeling of my heart beating is intensified from now thudding against the bed
i cant take any medication for any of this as my mom wouldnt allow it, how do i fix all of this holy fuck i would like to SLEEPPP D:
