Should I worry about this?

Should I worry about this?

My cockatiel had an issue with his lower beak around 6 weeks ago — part of the tip got damaged and eventually fell off after what looked like a small injury.

Four days ago I noticed a small “bump” under his chin area (where the head meets the beak). It’s tiny (about the size of a grain of rice), chalky white with sometimes little black, hard, and firmly attached. It's on the surface, not under the skin.

The morning when it appears there was also a small down feather/soft tuft in that area that may have been pulled out.

I tried gently rubbing it, but it doesn’t come off at all. There’s no swelling or redness, and his behavior is completely normal (eating and acting fine).

Since then, it hasn’t grown.

Not sure if it's related to his injury, of to the little feather removed, or something else, and what should I do about it?
