Also is this for pakistan only or worldwide?

While the focus is on pakistan there are reports of p1 also leaking and bangladesh but also in our very own country of tanzania where a lot of people had the paper and a lot of people did not. How will cambridge justify this? Is disregarding pakistan only fair?
