Was listening to a podcast and heard them shit-talking each other about some rounds they had played the day before. Made me realize I haven't played with anyone in person since high school and I kind of miss it!

Do any of you regularly have friends over who enjoy playing some matches? If so, how did you guys meet? I know there's tournaments in most larger cities, but I'm more so talking about casual hangouts.

Does anyone relate?

I've never clicked with anyone in school ever since I left high school. Am 25 now and just don't talk with anyone in uni. I'd even say I struggle talking to them. I used to always have a friend group to do stuff with but everyone kinda went off to do their own thing. I hang out with a friend I've known for a while every so often but that's it really.

If you're someone who enjoys nerd stuff like games (I literally play anything from Dragon Age to Dead by Daylight to Fortnite and Runescape, but I LOVE fighting games), or watch anime, or watch shows like Invincible, the Boys, Daredevil, Stranger Things etc. don't hesitate to let me know!

I live around Arnhem / Nijmegen, but genuinely since I have free student transport idc about location unless y'all live 2 hours away. Online is cool too!

Have thought about creating some sort of Discord server for people who'd like to make friendships based around anime / shows / games but I don't know anyone who'd join let alone a group lmaoo.
