I ordered this Snow Queen from a highly rated seller in my own state on Etsy. First time ordering plants online! I also ordered a heat pack with it, which didn’t come. There’s rotten leaves, a whole piece fell off, other brown spots, and the soil is dry dry. Paid about $30 altogether.
