Opinion on how some questions are answered
Hello! I recently took over as the recruiter/hiring agent for the company I work for, and I want to know what the general opinion is on how some questions are answered.
When you are looking for a new job, what are you looking for in a company?
- if they answer with "hours and good pay", is that a red flag? I don't really like that answer, and I'm looking more for an answer like "a place to start a career" or something like that, but am I being to picky? Why are you looking to leave your current job?
- if they answer with "looking for better pay," is that a red flag or am I again being too picky?
Thank you!
