Do I Call CPS
For context I have lived out of state for two years recently I tried to move back it didn’t work out but the kids where already there and enrolled in school. My ex talked me into letting him keep them until the end of the school year, well after I left he filed an emergency motion with the court that they were in danger from me and a bunch of other lies. We went and got a temporary order for the summer for me to have them and we have to go back. They come back in 9 days this is the issues they have been having there.
I don’t even know if they would take it seriously. But they don’t have a room (there are enough rooms it’s a 6 bedroom house) they sleep with dad or their brother who is 9, he took the blind 4 year olds glasses and threw them away, the 7 year olds tooth is in pain and he won’t make her an appointment, I just got told about how the 4 year old almost got hit by a car because he was in his truck on his phone letting them play in a parking lot at the school, then his son who is 9 is crying and asking not to go back because he yells in their faces when he gets mad. On top of all of this he has sent me text saying he did it “because he thought I would think it over and move back”
