Has anyone tried Silverbiotics silver gel from Amazon on their external hemorrhoids or thrombosed hemorrhoid?

Has anyone had long term (2 years or longer) external hemorrhoids and were able to get them to go away without surgery?

I’ve had them for 4 years and sometimes they’re a tiny skin tag and other times they are the size of a small blueberry.

Has anyone had any luck with OTC creams or supplements or changes in lifestyle that made the external hemorrhoids go away on their own?
