20m - Tomorrow as i'm writing this will be 1 month post op, I had a labral tear and CAM FAI. Recovery is going well and I'm already much better then pre-op.

I had my right operated on but my left is making me nervous a little. I have been diagnosed with FAI on my left as well but my symptoms were not as near as bad right.

Is this just normal compensation discomfort? I have to be on 50% weight bearing for 4 weeks on my right. My left is just super tight on the outside and occasional grion discomfort and also clicking every once in awhile. I was really hoping just having to operate one side because the recovery timeline is rough....
