A bit over 600k for a >1000 square foot, 3bedroom a massive terrace and parking in Lombard Square (very close to Royal Arsenal, on the same side of high street).

I have seen a few mixed comments on Woolwich, but it seems they're from a couple of years ago. I checked online and the crime rate by postcode is not much worse than other London areas. I obviously don't like too much high street, but I feel like it's mostly avoidable and you can spend 90% of your time on the "posh" side.

Also, Berkley seems a reliable builder on the surface.

Any thoughts?
