I have a question for those who have done an upgrade. I paid for an upgrade from individual plan to a family plan. This was over a week ago. I have reached out to the team to check the status of the upgrade. The last I heard from them was last week about asking for me to wait until they verified my payment for the upgrade; they sent me the PayPal link for the upgrade btw. Since last week, i have sent them two emails but no one has replied. Is this normal for them to take this long to confirm your payment and upgrade an account? I am not sure if u should cancel the transaction at this stage and wanted to know if you have had a similar experience. It all seems very odd to me.
