I know most of them Have Tiers, Systems, Training Nonsense i just want to find one that doesn't require you to have your character unlock forms That are Native to the Species A Saiyan should be able to go Super without having to level up or heck even oozaru !
And a server thats not starting at the beginning or where U7 can't have more Saiyans or Even Oh Time patrollers dont exsist yet..THEY'VE ALWAYS EXSISTED THEY'RE OUTSIDE OF TIME
