Is anyone else having trouble sleeping? I've had a VM attack for a month now and I can't fall asleep. I don't know if it's healthy to take sleeping pills. Is anyone else experiencing this? My neurologist prescribed quetiapine and magnesium, and I'm also taking zopiclone, but I've heard that it's addictive. Any suggestions?
