Hi guys, after 14 months I’m getting my screws out. I’m doing fantastic and playing all sports. I want to know very specific information about screws out, if anyone has this info:

- when could you return to running

- when could you returning to dancing (including pivoting on one leg)

And beyond that, I presume you could swim and cycle almost immediately?
