Hi everyone, I’m looking for a book I read forever ago.

I don’t remember a whole lot. But the mmf is a teen girl who had a very abusive/neglectful mother. She gets removed and placed with her older bio sister and her husband. They haven’t had contact in a very long time and later it’s revealed that the older sister had tried to get the MFC but mother kept moving them around changing numbers etc.

I cannot remember much of the plot other than that. I know the older sister and husband lived in a pretty big house and were dealing with fertility struggles. In fact I think at one point the sister thought she was pregnant but on Christmas morning she started her period.

I only remember those random tidbits. I’m hoping someone can help 😅
