just signed a contract to help an ecommerce company that sells into amazon brands doing $5M+. they do organic visibility + retail media, one of the bigger players in the niche. ICP skews kitchen, home improvement, pet.

my job is to rebuild their GTM motion. have all the tools (zoominfo, usergems, AmpleMarket, sales nav, 6sense, the usual). budget isn't the bottleneck. figuring out what actually moves the needle is.

target is VP of eCom or Head of Amazon at these brands. they get hammered daily by agencies, ad tools, freight people, and every aggregator that's still alive. inbox is a graveyard.

few questions for anyone who's done outbound into a similar profile:

  1. list building signals. i can pull h10/jungle scout revenue estimates and cross ref with sales nav. so can everyone else. anyone using more interesting signals? thinking stuff like sudden TACOS spikes, lost buy box, new ASIN launches, review velocity drops, recent ecom hires on linkedin. what's actually correlating with deals closing for you?
  2. hooks that land at VP level. generic "we 2x'd brand X" stuff is dead. i'm leaning toward very specific operational openers (their actual top ASIN losing share to a specific competitor, etc). curious what's working for others. is the personalization arms race even worth it anymore or is timing > everything?
  3. channel mix. cold email vs li vs handwritten + gifting. anyone running multi-channel sequences that actually convert at this seniority? what reply rates are you seeing if you're willing to share
  4. inbound side. SEO for "amazon agency" is a bloodbath. paid lead quality is rough at the ACV. anyone cracked a content / podcast / community play that actually produces SQLs and not just vanity reach?
  5. AmpleMarket + AI personalization. everyone's doing it. most of it reads like AI slop and prospects clock it instantly. anyone has a workflow where the output actually feels human at scale? would love to nerd out on prompts if anyone's open

happy to share back what we test once the campaigns are live. can DM the company name for context if it helps

i’m running campaign for a local cleaner who wants to target ZIP Codes and do email, phone calls, and direct mails and setup outbound for monthly cleaning services and one time as well. He is targeting homeowners who have more than $1 million home around San Jose and nearby cities. any idea how can I find data and structure the sequence? Have anybody done this before and what word would love to learn?
