Hello! So I have been quitting smoking (e-vape and cigs) for two to three weeks now. I decided to quit after having a random panic attack. Since I was going through panic attacks and period cramps for the past two weeks, I didn't even care to bother smoking. I was going through the lowest point in my life... Which ironically did make it easier to quit smoking.
Right now, everything has gotten much better. I actually can feel my brain... feeling more clear? Chronic headaches disappeared! But I have been really concerned since,
I have been getting these allergic reaction-like rashes all over my body. It gets worse after exercising or sweating. I think it may be cholinergic urticaria, but I have never experienced this in my life. Would this be associated with quitting smoking?
My body itches so so much, plus I feel like something is stuck in my throat. I am really concerned since this does not feel normal... like throat inflation. It feels like something is stuck under my chin and neck. I am really worried since I do not have any EpiPen. Would this throat change be a common thing that happens after quitting?
I am not looking for medical advice - I just want to know whether you all had similar symptoms, or know what you all have been going through! Thank you!
