Made the mistake of co-signing for my mother after she told me it would only be for 3 years.

5 years later… it is coming up for renewal and I’ve advised her countless times to find a different solution. I’ve told her to sell and find something she can afford or another person to co- sign.

This has not gone over well.

She may not do this on her own and I need to find an alternative solution.

I want out of this situation and will do what I need to do but I need all the possible resolutions.

I don’t think she will qualify herself.

I’m don’t want any money from her. I just want off the mortgage.
