Oracle certificate vs Nasscom certificate for Primavera P6

Hello everyone, I am working as process and proposal engineer having 2 years of experience in industrial boilers. Now I'm planning to switch my career path as planning engineer. So I've started with Primavera P6 software and received Nasscom certificate. Should I go for oracle certificate also? Does industries really look for oracle certification candidates.Kindly tell me the pathway for getting a planning engineer job in Gulf or any better opportunities that I could look for.
