Blender Rig Not Working In Roblox

So i downloaded this 3d models from adrian parkinson in cg trader theyre already pretty well rigged for blender making them pretty easy to animate, the thing is i want to use them for roblox studio but for any reason its rig is completely useless in roblox like you may move the bones but they will either move without moving the actual model or just carry like 2 pieces of the whole model,
at first i thought it might have been a weight problem which i kinda confirmed when checking the weight paint and seeing every piece blue but after finely painting every piece and making sure it was fixed i exported from blender and imported it again to roblox and nothing changed,
then i thought it could be the fact of it having so many little pieces it overwhelmed roblox importer so i merged all the meshes together, added an armature modifier and tried again, still nothing worked, only difference was that now for some reason in the adaptive animation tab torso and head would just disappear,
also the rig has some control bones i believe theyre named, but i did ensure weighting to the actual deform bones and not the control bones which in my understanding arent compatible with roblox,
and just to add up every time i import to roblox the model will have some boxes sourrounding it, they will always be the same 2 named 'planes' in the roblox explorer, i always export as gltf 2.0 (.glb/.gltf) because its the one that works best, .fbx will always for some reason absolutely break the whole model (like the black and white image) and
i also dont want to delete the armature and make one of my self because i believe this rig will make animating pretty easy and im planing to animate on blender and the export the animations, i mean i get many of the functions arent passed to roblox like the hand/sword/plasmacanyon cycling but im still planning to use the original rig for animating.
