What should I prioritize spending my talent books on, Lauma or (Main DPS)Columbina?

Title basically says it all. If I had to choose between Columbina's Normal Attack/CA Talent, Burst, or Lauma's Burst, which skill should I spend my 12 talent books on to maximize Bina's CA Lunar Bloom Dmg? I'll eventually crown all of Bina's talents, but I want to specifically boost her CA dmg first.

For context, I've added my team (with future plans to swap Candace for Nilou and maybe Traveler for Nahida). I'll also be pulling for Bina's C1 (and maybe C2 if I'm lucky) during her rerun. If it matters, my rotation is Candace QE, Traveler QE, Lauma EQ, Columbina EQ CA Spam.
