X870E Nova wi-fi experience-4.20 BIOS CORRUPTED!!!!

I have x870e nova wi fi + 9950x3d + 64gb Kingston DDR5 6000MT/36 CL + RTX 4090.

The problem arose when I flashed the new bios 4.20. For a couple of days the PC was working as it should, but this morning I was greeted by an error code 00! I flashed the bios using the standard instant flashback method, however, the Asrock BIOS is, as everyone knows, miserable. Flashing the bios with this method is not good, it is not implemented properly and there is a possibility of corrupting the bios as it happened to me. I managed to turn on the PC by removing the PSU from the wall. Reset the BIOS but the error came back on, we know which 00! While I was thinking about what to do next, which lasted for about 5 minutes, suddenly dr.debug started spinning random codes and the PC entered Windows.

In Windows the PC behaved normally, I reset it and it booted up very quickly, but I thought I'd test what would happen if I shut it down. When I turned it off, again error 00, and again pulling from the wall. Then I realized that only the cold boot works, but it also works as it says error 00 for a few minutes, then it starts classically at code 15 etc... If I don't unplug the PSU from the wall, the PC goes through 00 but greets me with error 94, I thought it wasn't the disk or the graphics card, but the tests I ran when I managed to get into windows worked flawlessly! Then I realized that the BIOS was damaged in some way, I tried to restore the older version 4.10, but it was not possible because when starting the instant flashback, it would enter the bootloop with code 15 and stay like that for an infinite time. Reading redit and similar problems, I managed to understand that from the experience of people who had a similar problem, the only way to flash the bios was via the flash bios button, I did that and the PC works flawlessly. I've reverted to 4.10 bios for now, and in the future I'll see if I go to 4.20 or wait for a future bios.

I would like to thank the person who figured out the correct way to flash the bios:
