I tried Lauricidin ONE (1) pellet, and I’m having a terrible die off reaction from the single pellet. This is because I have Epstein Barr virus since childhood that’s been very comfortable in my body. And the die off from EBV is brutal, much worse than from gut bacteria die off. How can I reduce the dosage?

One way I’m thinking about is melting the pellet in a teaspoon of heated coconut oil to 60C, pouring it into a bottle, and taking a drop of that daily. Will that work? Will the melted monolaurin still be effective?
