So Imy rat has been on wogovy for 6 months steady results but not special ( largely due to diet)
Started Reta 5 weeks ago and my rat is on 30 units
Appetite not really effected but come in at around 1500-1800 calories a day
Due to being very fussy rat has a limited choice open but planning to put the rat on a very strict diet to get calories around 1200
Due to shoulder issues can’t really lift weights but can walk no problem
Is this enough to see results the walking and limiting diet
Currently 105kg male 5” 8 aged 45
Any suggestions or what else I should add

Pa did try Klow but rat skin reacted ( rat as low grade ezcema)

We have all seen some really good strategies like the coffee shop offering free coffee to members between a certain time for a yearly membership fee and then banking on selling them food etc and making huge results

What other strategies have you tried or seen work that completely change a business

I just love these creative strategies
