Turned pump off to clean skimmer and when I flipped the switch to turn the pump back on, I was greeting with just humming. Purchased 5/2024 and pool seasons here in Illinois are about 5-6 months. Shaft turns by hand. I read where the capacitor might be the problem. Is that the white thing on the first picture where all the wires are hooked up? Thanks for any replies.
