Been on buspirone for around 2 months, 5mg twice daily, and all of a sudden in the last few days I’ve been experiencing the most disturbing vivid dreams about realistic things to the point where it’s woken me outta my sleep early hours and I’m full of anxiety, I take my evening dose at 10pm. Help? 😩
