Why are some trucking companies using 10-panel tests instead of 5-panel?

I applied for a driving job this week, and during onboarding, they mentioned their pre-employment screening uses a 10-panel instead of the standard 5-panel. I always hear people talk about.

I never paid much attention to the difference before because every company seems to handle testing differently. It got me wondering how common the larger panels actually are in trucking nowadays.

Is the difference just “testing for more substances,” or are companies moving toward 10-panel setups because of insurance, safety departments, DOT requirements, and post accident policies? thanks

Does NYC make one feel mentally 'ON' all times ?

Not even talking about major anxiety or anything clinical, necessarily, but I feel like my brain never fully shuts off here.

Even weekends somehow turn into catching up, planning things, optimising time, commuting somewhere, etc.

Am i the only one in this, or just need a vacation?

Has anyone found a white tee that still looks good after a lot of washes?

i’m 5’8” and weirdly picky about t-shirts because most of them start fitting differently after a few washes. Either the neck stretches out, or the fabric gets thin, making the fit just go boxy in a bad way lol.

i’m trying to buy fewer basics instead of replacing cheap ones all the time such hectic! I keep seeing people mention the Harley Tee. Is it worth a try or any option i can go with?

i’m planning my Seoul itinerary and just realizing most days are going to be somewhat hectic between markets, shopping, food stops, and walking around.

Would love recommendations for quiet places where I can spend an hour during the day. like a cafe, tea place, bakery, or dessert spot, ideally somewhere with a bit of Korean local charm rather than a modern minimalist cafe.

I'm open to areas like Ikseon-dong, Jongno, Bukchon, Seochon, thanks

i’ve got 2 pets.... dogs, and while their shedding isn’t crazy, I’ve noticed that dog smell sticks around longer than I’d like, especially in the evenings, while taking dinner is awkward. i’ve been looking at pet specific air purifiers, but I’m not sure if they actually work better than regular ones.

Also wondering about maintenance, some people say I'll constantly be replacing filters, which sounds annoying long term to me
