I’ve seen a few people here mention cracked screens, so I just wanted to share a bit of advice that’s helped me avoid issues so far:

Try to avoid cases with metal buckles, clasps, or magnetic hardware. Those parts can create pressure points against the screen over time, especially in bags or when the device is pressed against something. In a lot of cases, that constant uneven pressure seems to be what eventually leads to screen cracks.

A softer case with minimal hard materials around the display area is usually the safer option.
