I received my sleep a30s a couple weeks ago and they are already malfunctioning. The left one will show a charge and then drop to 0 percent . This - after being the in the charging case for 2 hours.

The right dropped out way before it should have last night - followed quickly by the left.

I started googling ‘ is soundcore a scam’ - and it eventually led me here. Though the company seems legit enough, I’ve read a handful of accounts here on Reddit now that seem to indicate otherwise. Is a bad product a scam ? Yeah… probably

Why are people having to replace them within a few months, and multiple times !

I’m disheartened
